Effective immediately, I am no longer able to work with Laurie Collins. I understand if this means changing my shifts or leaving the medlab completely.
If there is ever a mansion-wide emergency we do not have the luxury of switching shifts. We have to work together to save lives should the time come but that can't come without trust and mutual understanding.
Our patients are the priority. That's why the both of you got in this profession, so both of you need to work this out.
